The Walkerton Compensation Plan Administrator wishes to expand on the statistical information provided on this website.
The Administrator has concluded 98.5% of the applications received. The 1.5% open files that remain consist of matters involving people who have made late claims, failed to provide information, have not responded to offers of compensation, are in the dispute resolution process or who are appealing the amount of compensation they were awarded.
We are continuing in our efforts to resolve these remaining matters within the spirit and intent of the Walkerton Compensation Plan. |
